The overall direction of our firm, and the ultimate responsibility for the success of our projects, lies in the hands of Dr. Robert Fallis. He has over twenty years of experience in the areas of employment testing, executive coaching, I/O Psychology, statistics, human resource management systems, organizational climate improvements (including organization-wide energy conservation/sustainability), goal setting, planning, and project management. Also, he has has spent several years in university teaching and management development training. In addition, he has developed and/or uses a variety of innovative and highly effective approaches for hiring employees, analyzing jobs and improving employee compensation, merit and incentive systems as well as setting up equitable pay and/or compensation systems for small and large organizations.
Finally, he has has provided the objectivity and technical expertise necessary to help organizations to improve their internal effectiveness and external competitiveness. He's done this using a wide variety of the techniques that I/O Psychology has found to be effective such as improving/merging corporate climates, collaborative goal setting, improving employee involvement, job-related employment testing, upgrading incentive systems, setting up self-directed teams, etc.
