Psychology Department's day and evening programs plus a wide

- Interviewed upper levels of management in three of the Bell
System companies to obtain data about variations in the
employment environment in which management trainees were
performing.
- Wrote/Dictated reports and traveled extensively in the West,
Southwest, Midwest and Northeast.

Research Assistant (Student)
Personnel Research Board (PRB); Bureau of Educ. Research &
Services (BERS), Ohio State Univ., Columbus, Ohio - 9/61 - 6/63.
- (BERS) 9/61 - 6/62. Did extensive library research and
some experimental design consulting in support of their study of
the effects of Airborne Educational T.V. instruction.
- Personnel Res. Board (PRB) 6/62 - 6/63. Assisted PRB in
designing and conducting of a large USAF research study to assess
how a wide range of personnel evaluation variables affected the
personnel performance evaluations of Air Force Non-commissioned
officers in several USAF career fields.
- Wrote, and used, several assembly language programs for an IBM
mini-computer (including a reverse factor analysis program that
produced realistically intercorrelated sets of data). Also, ran
various IBM mainframe statistical programs and oversaw
development and use of a Fortran based program for another
mainframe that was specifically designed for the project.
- Did liaison work with the USAF and helped gather data from USAF
personnel.

Industrial/Organizational Psychologist Trainee (Summer Position)
Manpower Planning, Eval. & Research Dept., GM of Canada, Oshawa,
Ont., Canada - 6/91 - 9/91.
- Successfully completed three multiple-correlation-based
selection testing validation studies for GM apprentices, quality
control supervisors and foremen. The results of these studies
dramatically improved the success of the selection testing for
these positions (e.g. from 50% to 96% successful).
- Administered, scored and interpreted test results plus
interviewed & reviewed test results with many of the candidates
for the various positions.
