Preparing the Work Plan.
To do this we work closely with the client to arrive at a ‘work plan’ that is tailor-made to address their specific needs or area(s) of concern (e.g. valid employment testing, salary survey, etc.). This plan also outlines our joint responsibilities for carrying out the various tasks required to complete and follow-up on the project. - Project Implementation.
Once the work plan is accepted by client we jointly proceed with the project. - Follow-up.
We’ve found that one of the most important parts of our work is providing adequate follow-up. With the client’s approval we try to build in measurements of the short-term and long range accomplishments derived from our projects. In this way our specialists can provide the expertise, objectivity and follow-up work that are essential for implementing and maintaining the gains that resulted from our joint efforts. - Annual Human Resources Management Technical Services

These provide you with relatively accurate cost/benefit estimates of the financial benefits of major improvements in Human Resources areas (such as those shown on the Home page)

Billing for Services: Currently, in order to assist potential clients,
we will provide up to two hours of free assistance with this when they
elect to try this service. If additional hours are required they will

Many organizations have effectively used our technical assistance on a “project” basis to help them deal with a particular area of concern or an important specific task.
There are three parts to this service.

Billing for Services: There is a fixed professional services fee for developing the Work Plan and a 50% rebate on that fee when the client elects to proceed with the project. Proceeding with the project requires a refundable/reducing 25% retainer (based on the work plan's estimate of total hours required). The hourly rate is 20% lower than our no-contracted rates.

Many clients have preferred to retain our professional technical expertise and objective gap analysis, coaching, etc. on an annual basis. This helps them to get objective assessments and data that better enables them to prioritize and fulfill their needs, gaps, etc, at an organization-wide level.
The result is that we are jointly enabled to review and improve areas of organizational concern and take the necessary steps to resolve those concerns. The areas addressed and improved often are areas like those shown on our home page as well as many other “people” and operational issues that are important for that specific client.
Billing for Services: Fees for professional services are refundable/reducing retainer-based. Also they are ten percent (10%) less than those for Specific Projects. In addition, generally the monthly billings for services are fixed at a given number of hours. This number of hours for a given client can vary depending on the size of the client organization, their needs and other factors.

Occasionally a client prefers to use our consulting/coaching services on a more informal spot or non-contracted basis. In such cases we work on work on a non-contracted hourly rate (as described below).
With these assignments we usually meet with the client, find out what they need to accomplish, facilitate their definition and determination of how they want to proceed and help them to explore the various courses of action that are available to them.
Billing for Services: Non-contracted hourly professional services rates are twenty five percent (25%) higher than our Special Projects hourly rates.
